AINIRO's family just grew today. We've been closely working with Hector and Nicolle in Digit All In One for a month now, and we're super happy to finally have them both on board on our little adventure.
Hector and Nicolle are a lovely couple, originally from Ciudad Juarez in Mexico, but lived most of their lives in El Paso Texas. They run several digital marketing companies, in addition to a non-profit organisation trying to give former gang members a second chance, by helping them escape their lives of crime. Hector have done time himself, and therefor wants to "hire in the hood", to give ex gang members a second chance. I am therefor super happy to have them partner up with us, and I feel emotional about the whole thing for obvious reasons.
Cali Cartel, Narcos, Cocain, and AI Chatbots
Seeing AINIRO being able to become more than "just a company", and help participate in providing a second chance to those who were never given a first chance, is something that's very close to my heart. You can find a documentary about the Cali Cartel below, where Hector explains the reality of how he grew up, what the history of his home town is, to put things "into perspective". In this video Hector is interviewing the number 3 top member of the former Cali Cartel, having him talk about "the reality behind Narcos", the Netflix series of course.
Never before have you seen a more uncensored version of the largest Cocain Crime Syndicate on the planet. This guy was number 3 in a crime syndicate bringing in 30 billion dollars in profit, every single year, being responsible for 80% of the global Cocain market in the 1990s after Escobar was killed. If you've seen Narcos, you've seen him portrated on the series as "number 3". Hector is conducting the interview.
So what's this got to do with AI and ChatGPT website chatbots?
Well, it's quite simple in fact. Hector runs an "exit violence non-profit organisation", where he's coaching former gang members about how to leave their gangs, and build a sustainable life for themselves, without violence and crime.
In South Central Los Angeles, 70% of all Mexican teen age boys ends up joining a gang. Once they join a gang, their averagle life expectancy is 23 years. If a gang member is convicted to the death penalty, his life expectancy increases 7 times because of how little a human life is worth on the street, and it takes on average 20 years to conduct capital punishment in the US. Hector's grandma lived 2 blocks away from a school in Juarez where a couple of teen agers walked in with machine pistols some few years ago, murdered 50 kids, because one of the kids owed them $50.
This stuff is REAL, and Hector and Nicolle are MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

I once asked a dear friend of mine, also from Mexico the following question; "How many chances does God give you?" He answered me "I don't believe in God". I told him, that's the wrong answer, because you wouldn't be here if God didn't believe in you. The correct answer is ...
