The beauty of this flow is that if you've already got Slack, there are no changes to your existing workflow. The only thing you'll notice is that the amount of questions that'll have to be manually answer are reduced by 80%.

IBM conducted a study about 10 years ago. The study revealed that 69% of your users actually prefers an AI chatbot because it gives them an instant response. That was 10 years ago, before ChatGPT, and before LLMs. I suspect the numbers are much higher today. This means that unless you give your customers access to "self served customer services" you aren't listening to them, and your customers might be disgruntled.
