ChatGPT for Human Resources

ChatGPT for Human Resources

If you work with Human Resources you're probably spending endless nights reading through CVs to find potential candidates for vacant positions. This is time consuming and not very efficient use of your time.

Our AI Expert Systems allows you to have ChatGPT do this job for you in seconds. With our expert systems you can upload PDF documents, CVs, and even import data from another database. When you've done so, you can rapidly search through your candidates phrasing questions such as.

Who is the best candidate for a software development position requiring PHP, SQL, and ReactJS skills?

Our AI Expert System will use semantic AI-based search to find candidates matching the above profile, for then to compose natural language providing a compelling argument to you for the candidate. If you work in a recruitment firm you can simply copy and paste the result into an email and send to your client at this point. Your alternatives are;

  1. Spend 5 hours filtering CVs to find a match
  2. Spend 30 seconds phrasing a question to an AI Expert System

How it works?

First of all you can upload PDF documents to our AI expert systems. This allows you to upload CVs resulting in a "custom machine learning model" based upon your content. Then as you phrase your question to the prompt, it will use semantic AI-based search to find the best matching candidate(s) for your particular question. Once it's found the best match, it will submit the text from your documents to ChatGPT as a "context" having ChatGPT try to answer your question at the best of its abilities.

It's a quite naive process, but works surprisingly well for use cases such as recruiting and human resources. The reason why this works is the semantic search based upon AI that does the initial filtering of candidates. AI search can understand your intentions contrary to traditional search. Traditional search will happily match information about "how to delete your MySQL database" with a query asking "how to take backup of a MySQL database". AI search understands intentions though, so it will easily separate your data as unrelated if it doesn't match the intention of the query you provide. Below is an example of a query I asked our example AI expert system.

I need a candidate with expertise in digital marketing and Google Ads

Here is what our system provided as an answer.

Based on the experience listed on John Doe's resume, he appears to be a strong candidate with expertise in digital marketing and Google Ads. As an Online Marketing Manager at Acme, Inc, he was responsible for implementing, tracking, and measuring digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads. He also developed ways to influence SEO and boost website visitors and conversion rates. Additionally, he independently owned, planned, and executed all external marketing, lifecycle, operational, and transactional emails through eSputnik platform.

Below you can see our system respond to the above question.
