Outsource your Custom AI Solution to AINIRO

Outsource your Custom AI Solution to AINIRO

There exists a "bajillion" outsourcing companies on earth. Some of these are focusing on building websites, others are focusing on building dashboards.

We are exclusively focusing on creating AI solutions. Our focus gives us a unique edge, increasing the success ratio of your project, while reducing your TCO. To understand why is to understand our platform.

Magic Cloud

Magic is our platform. We started developing it in 2019, and it's currently being used by hundreds of companies all over the world for gen-AI applications. Some of our clients are billion dollar companies, at the top of their vertical, with thousands of employees. Other clients are small startups, bootstrapping on a tight budget. They all have one thing in common, which is that when we deliver their AI solution, their response is always roughly as follows ...

"OMG, it's incredible to see how fast this project was delivered and what you made it do"

The reason is because all gen-AI apps have a lot of commonalities. Examples are for instance.

  • Need AI Agentic behavior? Our AI Agent technology already gives us this out of the box.
  • Need to integrate with existing database? Our Endpoint Generator sometimes allows us to build this in seconds.
  • Need custom database? SQL Studio sometimes allows us to build this in minutes.
  • Need AI Workflows? AI Workflows can deliver that using no-code and low-code development, sometimes delivering workflows in seconds.
  • Need user management based upon RBAC? We already have an existing component for managing users and roles.

I could go on and mention features for hours, but the end result becomes that as we start out your project, we're already 80% done - And this is proprietary intellectual property that only we have access to.

There are 8,617 commits in Magic Cloud as of this writing. This is 8,617 commits you don't have to pay for. To put that number into perspective, realise I know billion dollar companies with fewer commits.

Magic Cloud Commits

When you pay our first invoice, we've already worked on your solution free of charge for 5 years! And we've spent millions of dollars on your solution. Dollars that you don't have to pay. Dollars we've already spent on developing the foundation for your AI solution. This makes us capable of delivering 10x faster for 10% of the cost.

Time2Market

All gen-AI apps have a lot of things in common. All need a textbox where the user can ask questions, and they all have an output area where the response from the AI is being rendered. The following screenshot if taken from our AI Expert System and illustrates a typical delivery from us.

AI Expert System Screenshot

Our AI Expert System is a generic "one size fits all" system, and basically the frontend for all our custom AI app deliveries. This implies huge savings for you, assuming you're happy using the generic frontend and don't need anything custom.

For 98% of all gen-AI apps the difference is in the AI's responses, implying the backend parts - And not the frontend. The frontend is typically the same regardless of what AI app you're building.

In a software development project the frontend typically requires 70% of the resources required to deliver the end system. This implies we're saving 70% of the resources required to deliver your project by using our AI Expert System.

This gives us a similar advantage as outsourcing companies specialising in delivering WordPress websites. To understand the advantage, imagine two different companies delivering websites for clients. One company is always using WordPress, and the other company always starts from scratch. Needless to say of course, but the company starting from scratch will always require 10x the amount of time and resources as the company always starting out with WordPress. This is because WordPress has already solved 80% of every problem related to building a website.

We're in a similar situation allowing us to reuse existing intellectual property, implying as we start out your project, we're already 80% done. The difference between the WordPress consulting company and us of course, is that our IP is proprietary and only we can use it.

Focus

Another advantage with us is that we focus on one thing, and one thing only. This means that as we start out your project we already know 80% of everything required to deliver. Another company might need a week simply investigating, learning, and integrating OpenAI's API specification. If they're charging you $50 per hour, this is 40 hours multiplied by $50 becoming $2,000 wasted.

At this point what you're paying per hour becomes irrelevant, because it's no longer about the cost per hour, it's about how many hours are spent, and the quality of the end product. The question you should be asking yourself is not how many hours of work you get per dollar, but rather how much result you get per dollar.

We're Expensive - Seriously!

You can find software developers willing to do your project for $40 per hour in Ukraine. Maybe $25 per hour in India. If you go to Fiverr you could maybe get some guy willing to work for $10 per hour. We charge $170 per hour, implying we're 17 times as expensive as your least expensive alternative if you ask us about our hourly rate.

However, we can probably deliver your project 10 to 100 times faster than everybody else, assuming you're looking for an AI app. So it's not about the cost per hour, it's about the total cost of ownership (TCO) - Which is dramatically reduced with an AINIRO solution.

It's about bang per buck!

This gives us another unique edge, which is that we can hire the most expensive software developers in our area, because we can afford to pay hourly salaries far exceeding whatever everybody else is offering them. In Limassol the average monthly salary is $5,000 per month for a software developer. Assuming we can get a software developer to work billable hours for at least 100 hours per month, we can afford paying the same software developer $10,000 per month, and still have a monthly profit of $7,000 from that developer.

I'm the sole software developer we've got currently, but I've got 42 years of experience, 25 as a professional. I'm the by far most productive software developer in Cyprus, amongst 18,000 devs - By a factor of twice as high productivity as the guy who's number 2 on the same list. I've written some of the most popular programming related articles in the world for Microsoft, and I've created software for the largest hospitals in the world and some of the largest financial brokers in the world. I've been managing teams of 25 to 50 people, sometimes on 3 different continents, and I am pretty sure I would not want to work for a software development company in Limassol paying me $5,000 per month. Nothing personal of course, I simply strongly believe I'm worth more than that.

My reasons for saying the above is to illustrate how our platform allows us to attract the best talent, reducing risk for your project, while increasing quality of the end result. If you choose somebody else "less expensive" to implement your project, they probably don't have the same experience as we do. Notice the "less expensive" parts in double quotes.

While mentioning quality, the added bonus of that Magic Cloud is already in production amongst hundreds of clients, further reduces risk for you - Since it's already a mature and stable technology.

"Shared source"

Another advantage is that when we're developing our platform, future and existing clients gets to reap the benefits. This implies we "never stop working for you", even after we've billed you for our last billable hour. The point being that if we find a bug in our platform, or we need a new feature for one of our clients, we build this directly into the platform itself - Implying existing clients just wakes up one morning and finds an email from me explaining a new kick ass feature they can use to their advantage, without them having to pay for it.

This creates a never ending loop of improvements, all of our existing clients gets to benefit from - Without having to pay for it. Because we're using the same platform for all of our deliveries, we get to share the cost of developing the platform evenly out amongst all our clients - New and old! So when your project is finished, and we've delivered, we'll still be "working for free for you" for the next 20+ years.

Conclusion

In this article I tried to explain why we can deliver less expensive, much faster, with quality far exceeding what "everybody else out there can do." I talked about our platform and why it's unique. I explained why reusing code amongst multiple clients is to your advantage - And I explained why our platform ensures you're working with only the best software developers money can buy. However, to sum it up, its conclusion can basically be explained as follows ...

You're paying for a Volkswagen, but you'll be driving a Ferrari

We strongly believe there's not a single company on earth capable of delivering as high quality as us, for as little money as we charge you. Something illustrated by realising even trillion dollar companies such as SalesForce and Intercom are "jealous" of our technology. If you want to talk to us to see how we can help you out delivering your next gen-AI solution, we would love to hear from you.
