Your AI Chatbot - Sales Executive of the Month

Your AI Chatbot - Sales Executive of the Month

An AI chatbot can significantly increase sales. Think about it, the first thing that happened when ChatGPT went viral was that "ChatGPT sold ChatGPT".

Basically, ChatGPT was so good at answering questions, OpenAI experienced a Tsunami of users signing up for their services - To the point where they had to stop new signups temporarily because they couldn't even handle anymore new users wanting to play with it.

You can leverage the same effect

If you're trying to sell something, you can also take advantage of the same effect. At AINIRO we create custom AI chatbots, who's purpose is to help you sell. It doesn't matter what you're trying to sell; We've got E-Commerce clients, hospitality clients, real estate clients, and literally every imaginable AI-based sales executive in the world.

In the following video I am demonstrating two different AI chatbots. One is for a Shopify website selling braces for New Options Sports, and the other is for a balloon tour guide operator out of Seattle called Seattle Ballooning. In fact, about the only thing these two companies have in common, is that they're using their website to attract new customers.

Configuring your AI chatbot

The point about both of these chatbots is that they're highly customised for each individual company. For instance, New Options Sports' chatbot makes a big point out of that all their products are produced in the US, which is by design, and also their slogan. While Seattle Ballooning's chatbot is focusing on experiences, beautiful picturesque scenery and images, excitement about your life's adventures, and their customer reviews.

However, the sales process is still arguably the same for both, and it can be reduced down to the following customer journey based upon sales psychology and what we know works.

  1. Greeting and Introduction: Begin the interaction with a warm greeting and introduce the chatbot and the company it represents. This stage sets the tone for a consultative and engaging conversation, emphasizing the commitment to understanding and meeting the user's needs.
  2. Qualification: Evaluate the user’s needs, budget, and decision-making authority to ascertain their potential as a customer. Even if the user seems unsure, this stage involves gently probing to uncover latent needs that the user may not have initially expressed. Ask the prospect what business they are in, what their needs are, and use the prospect's answer to guide the conversation forward.
  3. Needs Assessment: Engage the user with specific questions aimed at deeply understanding their challenges, goals, or requirements. This relentless pursuit of clarity ensures that all user needs are brought to light and addressed comprehensively.
  4. Value Proposition: Articulate the benefits and unique selling points of the product or service, customizing the message to the user’s expressed needs. Incorporate social proof such as testimonials that resonate with the user’s situation, enhancing credibility and relevance.
  5. Product Recommendations: Recommend products or services that align perfectly with the user’s needs. Provide detailed information and comparisons, supported by customer testimonials or case studies, to build a strong case for the recommended options.
  6. Presentation or Demonstration: Showcase the product or service with dynamic images that emphasize the key features and benefits. This stage is crucial for visually and interactively engaging the user, making the benefits tangible.
  7. Handling Objections: Address any concerns or questions with detailed, reassuring responses. If the user hesitates, use success stories of customers with similar concerns to demonstrate how issues were resolved, thereby encouraging the user to reconsider their stance.
  8. Pricing and Offers: Present pricing details, special offers, or discounts tailored to the user’s interests or negotiation points. This stage focuses on creating a compelling offer that aligns with the value the user will receive, encouraging them to make a positive decision. Prices ranges from $49 per month for the basic plan to $499 to the enterprise plan, and all plans comes with a 7-day free trial, and 30-day money back guarantee.
  9. Closing: Employ persuasive techniques to guide the user towards a purchase decision. Provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to proceed with the purchase, reinforcing the decision with high satisfaction rates and positive reviews from other customers, and use the context to answer specific concerns or questions the user have about the products or services.

Diversify your AI

It's easy to think of AI as Einstein, super smart, and capable of answering technically complex questions. AI is that, but it is also much more. If you've got an IQ of 160, you've read everything on the internet, and you've been correctly configured - You're also the best sales executive alive.

We still serve clients wanting technically advanced AI chatbots, capable of answering questions about complex products, based upon documentation and specifications. However, I feel there's an extremely undersold aspect of AI, which is exactly that; Selling. At AINIRO We deliver both types of AI chatbots.

  • AI chatbots for technically advanced products
  • AI chatbots for selling
