The $29 per month chatbot is based upon 50 pages from your website, doesn't allow for editing the RAG data, and comes with no support. This is what Sindbad Balloons chose, so if you try their AI chatbot you get a good feeling for what's in the package.
Developer plan
If you want control over your RAG data, and add integrations, you'll need something more though. The least expensive plan here is the developer plan for $98 per month. The developer plan gives you your own private cloudlet, allowing you to edit your RAG data and improve your AI chatbot. This plan also comes with a better LLM. The mini plan will use gpt-4.1-mini. With the professional plan you decide yourself what model you want to use.
Professional plan
The professional plan is the exact same product as the developer plan, but with the professional plan we can give you support. This plan comes with up to 5 hours of support per month, in addition to 10 hours of training and onboarding initially. This plan ensures we take care of your AI chatbot, and with this plan we can typically deliver roughly 5x the quality of the mini plan.
Enterprise plan
This is our "royal delux" plan. With this plan we basically work as an extension of your existing technical team, and you can ask us for support on WhatsApp, in addition to that we can justify 10 hours of support per month, and up to 20 hours of initial onboarding. With the enterprise plan, we basically take care of everything related to your AI chatbot, and we will periodically quality assure your bot, and make sure it's working optimally at all times.
How to get started?
It's really quite simple, create a demo AI chatbot first, test it, and if you like it, decide your budget. For small companies, the $29 per month might be enough. If you've got more budget, and you're not technically skilled, I suggest you chose at least the professional plan. If you are technically skilled, you can DIY with the developer plan, but that requires reading a lot of documentation and dealing with everything yourself.
