Not Invented Here Syndrome

Think of the above patent AI chatbot like a "custom search engine", similar to Google, except this one returns only patents, and allows you to use ChatGPT to analyse these patents, asking questions such as for instance.

• "Give me all patents related to combustion engines that are in the public domain in July of 2025"
• "What patents did John Doe create?"
• "What patents does Volvo hold?"
• Etc ...

Having us create it

The cost for something such as the above would be $498 per month for hosting, and roughly $2,000 up front for custom development, depending upon how complex your requirements are. For this, you will get an AI SaaS company, integrated with Stripe, allowing your customers to pay for a subscription, while having some 3 to 5 questions for free before being asked to pay. If you don't want it as an AI SaaS company, even better, that takes us 2 hours instead of 2 days!

And you wouldn't want to build your own SQL database, right? So why would you want to build your own AI tools? It simply doesn't make any sense!

Building something such as the above is madness. If you want a patent AI SaaS company, or just the ability to search for and analyse patents using AI, you need to contact us. Do not do it in-house, it's madness!

Wrapping up

The "not invented here syndrome" is responsible for trillions of dollars lost annually. Creating software that can be bought off the shelf for yourselves is madness. Search for an off the shelf product, and if one exists, promise me to never, ever, ever, ever listen to your software developer's advice again - Because in the end, he's in it for developing his own CV, and not your product - And he needs "AI stuff" on his resume to land his next job ...

Your software developers' incentives is to build their CVs, not your software!

If you still think you can build it yourselves, then please, just send your money to some charitable organisation - Because at least that way you won't be flushing $300,000 down the toilet, and some poor guy in a desperate situation at least might get to eat today ...
