Sure, there's Barnabas helping me out every now and then, but fundamentally AINIRO is just me; One single person, yet still I'm able to deal with some roughly 25 clients in parallel, and I've got ~50 clients in total. We only Charge for Hosting

Since we can now create software in minutes that literally required months of work a couple of years ago, we see no reasons to charge for creating the software. Instead we charge for hosting. This makes the initial investment for you become almost nothing, where you only have to continue the relationship if we're able to actually deliver, and you've got some sort of positive effect from what we created for you.

You can think about it as "leasing your software" if it helps, with an option to cancel any time you wish ...!!

Yup, we don't have minimum subscription time either. You can start a subscription, have us create your product, and literally cancel the next month - Resulting in that you paid $298 for something some "inexpensive Indian outsourcing company" would probably charge you $5,000 for.

Open Source

As a solopreneur of course, the risk is always that I'll for some reasons become incapacitated - Resulting in that you no longer have somebody to help you manage and update your AI solution. The way we've mitigated this risk, is by simply giving away our entire platform for free as open source.

This implies that if I somehow becomes incapacitated, anyone with some basic software experience can probably fork the platform, deploy it to your own servers, and have the solution 100% perfectly run on your own hardware.

If you perform a risk analysis using the above fact, you'd probably conclude as most of my customers already have concluded, that the risk associated with using "a single employee outsourcing company" is almost zero due to the open source story I've got.

The most Productive Software Developer on Earth

I might be a solopreneur, and I'm not a youngster anymore either - Yet, I'm still the most productive software developer in the island of Cyprus according to GitHub. 18,000 commits over the last 5 years, and counting. The guy who's number 2 on that list has about 6,000 commits, so I'm almost 3 times as productive as the guy who's number 2. And after I created our AI code generator, my speed has gone up 10x, implying if you come back in 5 years from now, I'll probably have 180,000 commits!

In addition I've got 43 years of software development experience, having started out when I was 8 years old - So we must assume I know "a thing or two" about the art of assembling software. And for the record ...
