The Unique AI Website Chatbot
In my previous articles I tried to explain why RAG is important for then to explain why you also need CRUD and business logic.
In this article I will talk about how combining these two ideas into an AI website chatbot results in a truly unique experience - But first we'll need to define what an AI website chatbot is.
What is an AI Website Chatbot?
Click the blue button in the bottom / right corner of this page. Then ask for instance "What is AINIRO?" Within a couple of seconds the chatbot starts answering. Our platform will access its RAG database to find relevant context that it sends to OpenAI. OpenAI will use the context to answer your question. This allows you to embed ChatGPT on your website, have it work with your data, and use it for customer service or sales assistance. That's the definition of an "AI website chatbot."
There are thousands of such chatbots out there that can do the same. Most of them have low quality, can't show images, downloads several megabytes of resources, doesn't work from your phone, etc. This is because of the hype and FOMO surrounding ChatGPT as it was initially launched.
