ChatGPT for Real Estate

ChatGPT for Real Estate

Real estate AI chatbots is one of my favourite industries when it comes to ChatGPT, because the problem is similar to the E-Commerce industry. A real estate company might have thousands of properties, while the client is searching for one specific property. How can your clients find that one property they really want amongst your entire portfolio when the size of your portfolio is thousands of different properties?

Our AI chatbot combined with our AI Website Search solution can actually help your clients find that one property they're looking for in seconds. The reason is because it's based upon "semantic AI search".

Semantic AI Search in Real Estate

Semantic AI search is a mouthful, but to simplify its meaning, realise that instead of doing keyword based search, it understands the intentions of your users. If I for instance search for a property with a sea view in our AI search product, our AI search algorithms are automatically going to exclude cities that are not close to the sea, and automatically only display properties in cities close to the sea. Whether or not the property is listed as having a sea view or not becomes less important.

Using semantic AI search, I can search using phrases such as follows; "Me and my wife have 3 children, each child needs a separate bedroom each, what can you show me", and the search algorithms will probably only return properties with 4 or more beedroms automatically. Combining AI Search with our ChatGPT website chatbots, results in that the chatbot creates a compelling argument in favour of properties it finds, matching your user's requirements, giving your users a result such as follows.

For a family with 3 children, we have a fantastic house by the lake. It has a private garden, a lot of space for your children to play, and is far from the motorway in a safe forrest environment, where your children can safely grow up and play in nature. You can find the property in the link below and have a look at it.

If you had 1,000 properties listed, 950 of these properties would probably not be interesting for the above family. But the properties our AI search algorithm found were 100% in accordance with the client's needs. Then the chatbot created a compelling argument for why they should chose this property, and you reduced the client's frustrations by 98%. Combined with our Lead Generation features, this would increase the likelihood of having the client provide you with his or her contact information, resulting in having conversions soar.

Emotional language sells properties

Imagine the two following ads for a property

  1. "3 bedrooms, close to nature, large house for sale with 3 bathrooms and 2 parking places"
  2. "A beautiful house in the forrest, close to a lake, with lots of privacy, and a large garden for your toddlers to play in"

Which of the above two ads do you think would sell your property? All real estate agents intuitively knows that emotions sells. This is why you need to show the client the property. Looking at a prospect is rarely enough. People buy only when they start dreaming about their future on the property you've shown them, and they have walked around the property, touching the old Oak Tree in the garden, and started imagining how their lives will be once they live there.

We can configure our chatbots to present your properties using emotional language, and even show images of the property, significantly increasing conversions from website visitors. Do me a favour if you're a real estate agent, and check your Google Analytics account. How many website visitors do you have every day? How many of these turns into leads? Imagine having 5 times as many website visitors sending you an email asking you about properties. How much more revenue would this result in?
