Everybody knows that Norway has the best drinking water in the world, the juciest fish on Earth, and the most spectacular nature in the Universe. If you go to a Michelin star restaurant, the most expensive bottled water you'll find there probably originates from Norway. AINIRO is for the same reasons a 100% Norwegian company.

Just like everybody knows that a Rolex is a Swizz watch, we want everybody to immediately associate AINIRO with Norway. This is not a statement from us that "Norway is better" than 'xyz' country, or that Norwegians are somehow smarter than others. It's just the way we roll - We're THE Norwegian ChatGPT chatbot, and that's really all there is to it.

If you don't understand why, realise that both me, Aria, and Tage have our family background from Lofoten. Below is an areal image of Lofoten in case you've never been there. I suspect it "explains" why we chose to be a 100% Norwegian company.

A Family owned Company

In addition we're a family company. I am Tage and Aria's father in fact, and we intend to keep it a family owned company. We have no plans what so ever to hire people from outside our family any time soon. We would rather turn down business than to hire "outsiders".

Yet again, this is not a comment on your lack of qualifications, or based upon a belief that our family is somehow "better" than yours - It's just the way we want to keep things. We're not in it for the money, we never have been, and we never will be. We're in it to deliver kick ass quality AI chatbots, and by keeping AINIRO a 100% family business, we get to cherry pick all the most interesting clients, and can turn down everybody else.

We have several times stopped a meeting by simply "hanging up the phone", because the other party did not understanding our motives, products, or business model

The above makes it very rewarding working at AINIRO, since we don't need to deal with clients and partners not perfectly aligned with our goals, motives, and drives. It simply makes our job way more interesting and fun. It also results in that our clients are proud to have an AINIRO chatbot, since it makes them feel as if they're members of an exclusive club, and that's how we want it.

Diversity matters

We love diversity. As for me, I don't live in Norway anymore - I live in Cyprus. I love Greek culture, and I would be very sad if it didn't get to stay the way it is. Cyprus is amazingly beautiful exactly because it is not like Norway. I feel the same way about every place on Earth I have ever visited, and every stranger I have ever met.

However, AINIRO is a 100% Norwegian company, for the exact same reasons I enjoy a Pita Gyros in Limassol. India matters, Ukraine matters, Bangalore matters, Africa matters, Latin America matters, North America matters, China matters, and Australia matters - But the only reasons all of these places matters, is because they are not like Norway!

And when you're dealing with AINIRO, you're dealing with a 100% Norwegian company, period! Family owned and operated, and we intend to keep it that way, because Norway matters!
