Why You Need To Leverage AI In Your Business

Why You Need To Leverage AI In Your Business

AI has been trending for a while now, and everyday tons of new tools come. Most of them are simply trash, but a lot of them are very useful when used correctly. In this article I will dive into which you should start to use for your business, and why.

Which tool to use is up to what task you are to execute. Do you need to create a picture? Do you need to generate text, or do you need a Virtual Assistant? All these tasks are very different, and to find the best tool usually comes down to identifying your task. For example, you can use DALL-E, Midjourney, or Microsoft Designer to create pictures using prompts. Whether you need inspiration for pictures or need to craft something very quickly, these are all good tools to use.

When generating text, it is important to distinguish what type of text you need. Do you need it to surf the internet? Use Bard. Do you need higher quality? Use GPT4. You can also use plugins which OpenAI newly released to surf the internet, but after some research, I’ve found that Bard is better at this.

Virtual AI Assistants

There are many types of virtual AI assistants, and which to use depends on what task you need to get done. For example, if you need to take notes during a meeting, use OtterAI or Firefly, but if you need a customer service agent, I advise to use AINIRO (du-uh). These virtual assistants do the same work as humans, often better in much less time. They don’t need any “salary” except for a small fee monthly, they don’t need vacation or sleep, and never turn up sick. Now you get what you pay for.

Some might say that it’s taking away jobs for certain people, but to be honest we all knew this was coming, and if your job is to be replaced by AI or automation, then you’ll need to find a new job, sorry to break it to you. Cause nothing is stopping it now, and if you haven’t figured out this until now, you’re living under a rock. 💩

Which to avoid

To know which to use, also require you to know which you should not use. There are many copycats of ChatGPT promising better results, when all they do is use the API key and a prompt to get different results, this is often more expensive and slower than ChatGPT / Bard as they need to go through two different services before providing an answer.

Finding out which tools to use for your business is sometimes hard, but when you know what your task is, it’s easier to find what you need. Try to avoid the expensive knock-offs and do some research for which tool is best for your particular task. Be careful out there, it’s becoming a jungle hard to navigate.
